It’s officially hyacinth season.
Dammit, it’s done. Well, at least I got a few good pictures.
Before I get to that, though, it’s worth mentioning that neither Justice in an Age of Metal and Men, nor Peace in an Age of Metal and Men contain any hyacinths at all. Not even one.
That’s OK, though! Nature plays a large part in these books. This is a future where humanity is in decline. What comes to fill in that gap? Um, nature, I guess. It’s a struggling nature filled with modified plants and animals, but it’s there nonetheless.
